SJS Property Maintenance

Workmanship and reliability recur as the strongest themes in feedback about this Sunderland property maintenance firm. Several buyers describe jobs completed to a high standard, from landscaping a garden to hanging a gate and repairing steps, with one noting the repair of external steps was taken on when others had turned it down as too small. Scott is named for the gate fitting, finished quickly, and more than one review highlights a professional and courteous manner alongside clean, tidy working. Pricing comes up often as fair and reasonable for the work carried out.

Speed of response is another point that stands out, with a same-day visit to quote and the repair following shortly afterwards. A customer whose steps were repaired said the price was good and intended to keep the contact for future jobs, an indication of the trust the work inspires. The range of tasks handled spans joinery, painting and decorating, deck building and general repairs, suggesting a practical, all-round service rather than a single trade. Customers consistently value a tradesman who arrives when promised, leaves the site tidy and charges sensibly.
