Now i moved to a different town and can’t find lettin agent that would match Byron. Thank you so much- my situation is not typical and many agents would not bother with me , you did make my stay in Sunderland so smooth and easy, found solutions to all the problems. I can't emphasis how different Byron P. M. is from other Estate Agencies. When they took over the house I was renting, it was just so much smoother and easier. Their responses been fast, sorting issues in a short time and most important: with brilliant staff. Thank you for all your help!

After a really bad experience with a well known letting agent, we shall name Cat Dobson, I was very dubious when going for a property with a not as well known agent (if a well known one can be so bad why can I expect from a not as known one) well I can’t begin to put into words the professionalism of this letting agent! Kim, Gemma and the team have been nothing but amazing! From the first viewing, checking in (they delivered the keys to the property) and the year long tenancy I cannot fault them! Not only can I reach the via property file but they also set up a WhatsApp chat which made contact so much easier and although they are busy they would always respond within a few hours! No matter what the issue was they made sure to resolve! I could not recommend this agent enough it’s a shame we are moving and can’t have them stay as our agent because I cannot fault them at all!

Lisa and her team manage our properties in Durham and from start to finish the service has been excellent.
