County Properties have completed 2 projects for us. A side of house extension & full garage conversion.The projects were competitively priced with no hidden extras , started and finished the project exactly when quoted - no going off site to work on other projects ( something I’ve never experienced before on other renovations). A great team to have around who kept me informed daily of progress. Most importantly they did an excellent job to a very high standard and obviously care about what they do. Highly recommend . Trevor and the team at County Property Services did extensive work on our house, updating the whole of the ground floor by removing an interior wall to create one large kitchen / living space - as well as installing a new kitchen and cloakroom, flooring throughout, windows and front door. Additionally, they did work on our roof, fixing a hole and replacing roof felt. Over eight weeks, the team basically breathed new life into our house. They turned up exactly when they said they would, communicated clearly - always letting us know if there might be additional costs and consulting with us to check how we would like to proceed, and made helpful suggestions along the way. In all, they made the whole process as stress-free as it could possibly be and all the work was finished to a high standard. These guys are clearly very skilled and take a lot of pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

I have no idea why anyone would not review this amazing company with 5 stars. I've been working in the development and property industry since I was a young man and this is hands down, the most professional and honest service I have ever worked with. I was given accurate quotes and prompt start/finish dates for a partial property renovation (new windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom) I had the project completed in just under a month! Their was no padding on the bills just clear pricing for materials and labour, even a slight reduction in the final bill due to materials savings and their prices where good. The Directors, Trevor and Mel are an absolute delight to deal with. They are knowledgeable, friendly and had some extremely useful advice. I will be confidently handing their company all my future projects and maintenance work. All in all, a Fantastic company, honest and reliable, which is exactly what any client wants!

We just had seven cheap and nasty internal doors replaced with top quality items which has made a real transformation to our house. Trevor (boss) kindly took one door back to the supplier and exchanged it because the colour didn’t quite match the rest. Mark (master carpenter) did a great job fitting them all especially the tricky size door for the cupboard under the stairs. All done in two days and everything left tidy and clean. We are delighted!

I received a visit and a quote for work from a lovely gentleman named Trevor and received a quote for the work. After some question from myself, it appears the company then changed their mind about the work being of value to them, but rather than receiving a polite explanation, I was treated as an irritation and inconvenience. Reviews on trustedtrader appears to indicate very good quality work, but perhaps don't quote unless you're willing to spend a lot of money, and not if you're looking to drive a hard bargain. Update: Response to this review I think makes the point better than I could.

Trevor who came to look round was really friendly and helpful, and seemed like a builder whose advice I’d really trust. Trevor was due to come and look on 2nd Feb, and as others have reported here, after waiting at home I called them up to find Mel had forgotten to tell him, so she booked it in for the following week on 9th. As mentioned, he was great and offered lots of suggestions. I waited for a quote. A week later I called Mel to ask for a time estimate and was told they were a builder down, and I would have a quote by next Friday. There was also a miscommunication about the timeline for work that Mel denied (I’d believe she hadn’t agreed it could be done in two months if she hadn’t also forgotten to book the appointment), this was annoying but I thought Trevor was good so waited. That was three and a half weeks ago. I called up today and was told the job had been cancelled, apparently she’d tried to call once last week (I had no missed calls from their number and she didn’t try again). 30th Jan first contact, 12th March find out job was cancelled. I imagine the work would be good if it happened but do check on the day they are meant to come that they are coming, and ask to speak to Trevor not Mel.

We are now 2 months after CPS added a beautiful extension to our 4 bed, giving us a flat roof with lanterns and 6 meters of bifolds! We love our new living room! We also had massive internal renovations with old rooms and a new patio. The attention to details and finish is picture ready, throughout the whole build. Really respectful and skill team! Thank you all! This is my 4th time using CPS!
