We have used their service for two years now. Finally we have had things done in our tenement - things we couldn't get done because other owners were unwilling to pay or cooperate. EBM are great to deal with and answer speedily and with courtesy. At essentially £1 per day for cost they are well worth it.

Edinburgh Block Management offer good core services as Factor to our tenement. As well as dealing with core services including the main safety aspects to the fabric of our building, E.B.M. have been arranging contractors for improvement works. E.B.M have always been available when unexpected building issues arise and we are happy with the o/a service.

EBM Ltd have been a consistent and reliable partner in maintaining property to a very high standard. They have been astute in their recommendations and diligent in corralling and shepherding landlords to make essential collective decisions.

EBM really are excellent factors. Professional, personable and prompt. And not just in respect of the everyday needs of property maintenance; they also attend AGMs, offer relevant advice, reply to emails / phone calls, are open & honest in all matters and help prioritise work so that costs are spread. They have also gone beyond the call of duty to help on a couple of issues which has been much appreciated. A breath of fresh air after experiencing very poor service from larger, less customer focused operators. Make the switch - you won't regret it!

Best. Factor. Ever. We ask them to do things, and they get them done in a reasonable timeframe, then we pay them for their services. Simple right? Compared to previous experiences with other big factors in Scotland, working with them is an absolute dream.

Very happy with the service provided to our tenement by the team at EBM over the past years. They have always been friendly and quick to reply to my enquiries, and take prompt action if anything needs resolving. Good detailed annual roof inspection reports too, and reasonable rates for repairs when needed.
