Elliott Property Services

He fitted a bathroom for me to a high standard with no surprises with the price, exceptional service and super friendly too! Would recommend to anyone!

Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt service - responded to a plumbing emergency and has in the process effectively fixed everything and brought it to a higher standard of plumbing. Excellent outcome.

Elliot saved me when my bathroom flooded late on a Sunday night, he fixed the pipes and cleaned up the flooding. He’s also helped with loads of jobs and lighting replacements too.

Elliott is amazing at what he does. Recently he completed a bathroom project for me and it was perfectly executed. He responds to every question in good time and always explains how he’ll be going about the task. Very respectful of the property, extremely efficient and knowledgeable and gets the job done! Highly recommend Elliott to anyone who needs their project completed. Having some more building works completed by Elliott once again in the coming few days.

I phoned Elliott at 9.30 about a leaking outside tap. I thought he was going to say he could pop over later in the week, but said he could be here at noon. True to his word, he was. He asked for a photo of the tap in the meantime to give some idea of the issue. He changed the tap and all was resolved within 45 minutes - all for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended and a very nice guy on top of it all. Will definitely be my first point of contact for similar jobs in future. Thank you, Elliott. First class!

Elliot is very professional and tidy and does an excellent job for a fair price. He fixed our mystery shower leak, installed an outside tap where others had told us it couldn't be done and an outside socket. We will definitely be using him again.

Elliott did a great job of putting together my flat pack furniture. Next time I won’t attempt to do it, I’ll just call him.
