H M Property Maintenance Services Ltd

HM Property Maintenance Services Ltd is a family-run limited company registered in England and Wales that has been providing building services across Birmingham since the 1990s. The company offers property maintenance, improvements, and garden maintenance services, along with a call out service and reactive response to emergencies. It provides free estimating and up to 28 days payment grace. The company guarantees quality work.

Refurbishing a flat for the sales market provided the backdrop to one of the projects undertaken by H M Property Maintenance Services Ltd, a Birmingham operation whose reviews reflect a steady pattern of positive experience. Properties in the portfolio of a client who has relied on the business for over sixteen years, spanning a private home and a substantial number of rentals, are also part of the picture reviewers sketch. The team is repeatedly described as professional, efficient and tidy, with the flat renovation handled from start to finish and credited with removing the stress of managing the work.

Flexibility and ease of dealing with the company come up across the accounts, and Freya and Hannah are named for their efficiency and the helpful manner they bring to enquiries. Finishing standards draw praise, as does the outcome of the refurbishment itself, while the team's willingness to take on tasks of any size without fuss is a recurring note. General upkeep inside and outside a property, roofing and insulation work all feature among the jobs customers mention, and the consistency of the service across such varied projects is what the feedback returns to most often.
