Hanham Property Maintenance

Hanham Property Maintenance is a property maintenance company with over 32 years of experience. The company director oversees every contract and project. It serves Hanham, Kingswood, Warmley and the wider area. Hanham Property Maintenance works with home owners, landlords and letting agents. It provides property and garden maintenance services across Bristol.

Building, fencing and patio work around the Hanham district of Bristol forms the core of what this property maintenance firm is described as delivering, and the accounts left by customers concentrate on the standard of the finished job. A recurring theme is a summerhouse construction, fencing erected and a patio laid, with the workmanship judged to be of good quality and the outcome leaving customers satisfied. Tidiness comes up often: the workers are described as polite, clean and careful to clear up once the work was complete.

Several accounts refer to the use of quality materials and to advice given on how a task should be approached properly, which customers say helped them avoid the mistakes common to do-it-yourself attempts. Pricing is repeatedly characterised as fair and competitive for the work delivered, and communication before and during the project is another point that recurs, with the team portrayed as professional and courteous from the first contact through to completion. The same crew appears in connection with the build, the fencing and the paving, suggesting a consistent impression across different jobs, and the results are described as correct and well finished.
