Imperio Property Maintenance

I used Imperio Property Maintenance to completely refurbish my bathroom. Everything needed replacing and Jose was very helpful at the initial design stage, making suggestions and recommendations to give a lovely result. The work was completed quickly and efficiently by Jose and his son, who were friendly, polite and knowledgeable and I would be happy to invite them back to complete future projects.

We have used Jose on numerous jobs around the home and he is now our standout go to person . Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jose did an excellent job. He was punctual, reliable, and worked very efficiently. He replaced my shed with a fence and also changed several doors inside the house, all completed very quickly and to a high standard. He always cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him.

Just had my shower cubicle redone by Jose, what can I say, exceptional work, extremely reasonable, reliable and left everywhere spotless. I left the choice of panels to Jose and he knows what he is doing as was a perfect choice & match. Highly recommend Imperio if you want a 1st class job. Thank you so much once again.

I have used Jose and his company for work for many years and he is always impeccable with his work. He is reliable, personable and very professional. I can always count on Jose to get the job done to a high standard. Imperio will always be my go to guy! Thank you Jose

I had various jobs that needed to be completed. Repairing a front door canopy, wood had expanded due to the weather, shave 4 wooden doors. Adjust 2 doors. Put a new lock on shed foor and adjust another lock on laundry room. Repair electrical socket which was sparking. Fix track on wardrobe. Fixed radiator leak. All in all Jose and team did a fantastic job and went the extra mile. Cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves Would highly recommend this company. Highly impressed.

I have been knowing Imperio Property Maintenance for over 10 years now. I can witness the team's attention to details, expertise and commitment to carry out projects that are not always straightforward. I recommend them to anyone that seeks track record of successful deliveries. Tim Kamvysis
