METRIC PROPERTY SERVICES LTD

Praise for Valentin runs through the feedback left for this Luton-based property maintenance business, with customers consistently highlighting the standard of finish he achieves across kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and painting. Several reviewers describe his work as reliable and punctual, noting that he set out the times he would attend and explained exactly what would be tackled each day, then delivered on those promises. A recurring point is his professionalism and friendly, easy-going manner, which put clients at ease during projects that included a full refurbishment and a house extension.

Customers also value the way costs were handled, with one account describing how the figures were talked through together at the quoting stage so the spending was fully understood. The quality of the completed tiling, kitchen installation, decking and paintwork is repeatedly singled out, and his willingness to take on any job is mentioned more than once. Reviewers describe him as someone who works long hours to reach a very high standard and who is trusted for future projects, including a planned bathroom, with tiling and painting the most frequently referenced skills.
