We used Phillips Building and Property Maintenance for our house subsidence repairs. It was a an excellent experience all round, and you can't say that very often with builders in your house for 4 weeks. The repairs and decoration were completed to a very high standard. The contractors were always polite, respectful, quiet, tidy and punctual. They worked extremely hard and finished the job within the expected time frame. They turned up every day at the correct time, and worked with quiet efficiency and care. They checked each day that we were happy with the progress, and took note of any concerns we might have had. Communications with their bosses in the Head Office was simple and easy. I would thoroughly recommend this firm.
