REVIVE 💜 Property Maintenance Glasgow

Revive is the trading name of JD McLeish Ltd, established in March 2020. The company holds CHAS accreditation, Gas Safe registration, a SEPA licence, and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification. It serves letting agencies, landlords and businesses across Glasgow, and works with letting agencies, estate agents, hotels, care homes and businesses throughout the city. Its main services include refurbishments, painting and decorating, joinery, plumbing and gas, insurance reinstatement works, bathrooms, and reactive and planned maintenance.

Reliability combined with a genuinely pleasant manner is the quality that recurs across feedback for this Glasgow property maintenance operation, whose clients describe everything from minor household fixes to full renovation projects being handled from the first visit to the final clean-up. Numerous accounts emphasise how swiftly the team turned out once a fault was reported, whether resealing a leaking shower, restoring a water-damaged wall or fitting wetwall panels, and how neatly the finished work was left.

Jonny earns frequent praise for keeping owners updated at every stage and for pulling together trades such as joiners, painters and gas fitters under one arrangement. Callum, Josh, Steven and Jim are mentioned by name, with reviewers describing them as courteous, considerate and easy to have around the home; Jim in particular is credited with improvising a solution when a seized stop tap ruled out the intended approach. Punctual arrivals, careful explanations and constant tidying appear throughout, as does garden maintenance covering weeding, mowing and pruning. The consistent picture is of well-organised, low-stress workmanship finished to a high standard.
