Clearance work, wall repairs and painting jobs in Norwich are what reviewers most often describe, and Andy is the name that recurs throughout their accounts. Customers repeatedly mention that messages are answered quickly, sometimes within an hour of sending them, and that visits are made when arranged. Quoted figures and the time taken to complete work are described as fair for the standard reached, a point that comes up often in longer accounts of repeat bookings.

Garden clearances, waste removal, a replacement back gate and the painting of a dining room, ceiling and bathroom all feature, as does the swapping of an old shed for a new Keter model. Reviewers note that Andy works neatly, takes materials away afterwards and leaves no marks behind, and that he offers useful advice when an item ordered, such as blinds, does not suit the space. His manner is called friendly, helpful and professional, with the couple handling enquiries praised for the same qualities. Landlords and tenants alike are reported to be pleased with the finished work.
