This is the first time I have ever left a bad review but two bad experiences with the same company..... FIRST REVIEW: Had regrouting done from white to grey. 2.5 years later I contacted them because the grey was falling off. (I don’t live there so was unaware until now). They sent someone out to look who said’ the operative who did this is no longer with us.’ The old white grout is exposed and it has not even been scratched let alone dug out. Photos and a copy of their response is uploaded so judge for yourself. SECOND REVIEW: I accepted a price for chimney cowls to be fitted. On the day they asked if I used the fire place and I said I didn’t. I did not realise until they had left that they had glued a piece of slate to each chimney pot with no ventilation. I was expecting vented cowls. When I queried this they said no ventilation was needed because I didn’t use the fireplace. I said I was concerned about warm air rising and causing damp but was told in no uncertain terms this would not happen and all I read on Google was wrong. Any way weeks later one of the slates blew off and landed in next doors driveway. I rang them. They said they would replace the one slate. I asked if they would change all four slates to cowls since they were up there anyway. The said no unless I paid for this as a new job. When they quoted they had not asked if I used the fire places so did they quote for slates or cowls I wonder. I imagine there is a significant price difference. See photos. Wish I had never had anything to do with them. Appalling after sales service.

After unexpectedly winning a competition run by TCPG South, the prize being 8 x hours of an operatives expertise. I chose to have our garden walls painted. Due to the weather, Fraser, the Office Manager, advised that I would be contacted when the weather had improved. As soon as there was a break in the weather Fraser contacted me to ensure that I was happy to have the work done the next day. Lukas arrived on time. Listened to what was required before starting work. Lukas ensured that any area not to be painted was covered over. The work did involve painting behind shrubs, which he said was no problem. My husband helped with pulling the shrubs away from the wall. At all times Lukas worked with care and consideration to our plants. He is a highly skilled and value driven employee. Polite at all times and is an asset to the company. Communication was excellent from the Office Team and Director, Paul. Definitely a company we would use again and recommend.

We have had your workers in for several weeks and I would like to feedback that Lucas was outstanding. He was professional, always on time and friendly. His work and finish was amazing.

After having my house vandalised by paint being thrown at brickwork and rendering the complete property group we’re able to remove all traces before repainting. Very pleased with end result
