I recommend this team highly, their versatility is astounding.

Used this Co last year to refurbish/remodel my flat. Started ok until the problems started to appear. The coordinator will not show up/or be late for appointments with complete disregard to client's times. The new appliances where treated with disrespect, with bangs and scratches. My own things: bucket, brush, pan, ladder, new toolbox was used and left with paint staines or completely broken. Before they had finished with my house they were in a rush to go to the next job. Specially once I had paid the last invoice, before completing the work. They did not finish the work promised, as in the end I told them not to come back to the property when it suited them, when they had free time, no warning no calendar just showed up when it fitted them... They sold me a flooring "the best there is" and when told the kitchen was not correctly laid, as it moves/makes noise and gives under you, they say its the floor underneath that is bad. Although I had to pay for another roll of underlay.. not sure if they used it or not but that should have fixed the issue. However, if the end job is not right you need to make it right. Complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. Not leave incomplete because you have another job to go to.. I changed complete bathroom and kitchen, spent a fortune. They nearly fitted the kitchen wrong (no space for the fridge) if not for we came and saw what they were doing.. we had to make them a drawing of how the units should go. The kitchen layout, meassured by they kitchen company they recommended, was wrongly measured, but they were still going to fit it like this. The bathroom. Its not even been 9 months since they fitted, and Ive had to get a plumber to come and take out the WC to fix a leak. Water slipping from underneath. The rubber ring that joins the water tank to the toilet was all wrinkled and misplaced so the water was flooding down on the back, on every flush. Nearly affecting the neighbourghs downstairs. The waste pipe where dirty water goes out, apart from not been at an angle/incline, to facilitate the water going down, it did not have a rubber ring to stop the water flooding back in. Ive had to pay £££ to get this done, again. Not even a year pass as they will not be held responsible. Excelent workmanship and Bussiness responsibility. When the work was finished the house was so dirty and messy there was rubble/stones inside the oven. There was rocks also on top of the boiler. Not to say all the things that went missing thrown away in the skip. The flooring in the kitchen moves and creeks a lot. They will argue that its because the budget was low, but not my fault that they are not professionals and the time specified to do this house was not enough, due to all their mess ups and having to fix things they had already done. I started with a budget of 15k and ended up spending +30k in total. I have asked repeatedly for a copy of the bills/budget as must stuff was bought under his name or trade card. But to no avail... Is short. What I took from this company unfortunatley is: Empty promises. No consideration for other people's times. Will not be held responsible for fixing toilet and flooring. Or anything they messed up on. I dont ussualy do reviews, specially not bad ones, but just need to advise/warn others on what to expect. I have attached a few pictures of the finished job and the aftermath. No words to describe my dissapointment.
