TPR Property Maintenance Ltd

Tim recently prepared a bedroom wall and the window architraves in my house ready for painting, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. The finish was excellent, everything was left smooth, neat and properly prepared, and the difference he made was brilliant. Tim was friendly, reliable and professional throughout, and clearly takes real pride in his work. It was a pleasure having him in the house, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I’ll definitely be calling on him again for future jobs. Thanks so much, Tim!

Tim removed a pantry wall in my kitchen and a door leading into the dining room. The work was completed to a very high standard.I was very pleased with everything he did. He always kept me updated and stored waste material safely.Highly recommended.

Kitchen diner divide Absolute professional. After contacting several local builders, who all in succession let me down, Tim was the only one to step up to the challenge of removing two internal walls, to create a kitchen/diner. As mentioned in other reviews, timely, knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. Both himself and Fred work all day, everyday to finish the job in hand. Certainly would recommend and have back for further projects. 👍🏼

Knock down small wall to widen entrance into living room and add 2 doors. Tim was amazing from start to finish. He had an electrician and carpenter to hand who also stepped in making this possible for my Dad to access his bungalow and living room now trouble free after struggling for too many years with his wheelchair. My parents are elderly - Tim respected them and cleaned up every night prior to leaving. 5 days was quoted and it was completed during this time. We highly recommend Tim. So professional, polite and friendly. Thank you so much to all that were involved. Photos to follow.
