Tom dealt with a gap that appeared in our guttering a while ago. He said to let him know if it didn't hold and he'd be back. It eventually moved again and Tom came back as soon as the weather allowed! He fixed the gutter and all good so far. He was professional. Friendly and kept me informed on when he'd be arriving and texted to say he was on his way. Highly recommended.
