We gave Sonny from Eden our budget, he agreed to do it and was quite emphatic about wanting to do it. He was quite passionate about the project, so we wanted him to do it. His subcontractors were brilliant, however, Sonny himself was an absolute nightmare. He kept whining about our budget being too small, despite saying that he could do it within our budget, and he left us with a totally unusable bathroom, which we had to deal with at an extra cost of £3000, just as soon as our first guests arrived. We had to compensate and reimburse everyone for weeks, because Sonny disappeared. He won’t talk to us now, won’t give us a receipt, because he’s a tax dodger, and is denying that he’s ever met us. Avoid this company at all costs. He’s caused us nothing but stress and grief. And a lot of extra money. And he was also extremely insulting.

I contacted Eden Facilities property Management LTD for a quote to give my bathroom a make over, they came out the same day i went through my ideas with them and within no time they had a picture to show me of how my bathroom would look and they suggested a few suttle changes that made my ideas better, and completed the quote and i was very happy with the price, Edens team then carried out the work on the scheduled date and and complete on time and boy was i happy with the end result the bathroom is much better than imagined They took care of everything including removal of all waste and everyday the area was left clean and tidy on a daily basis, the team work in a clean environment. The team was very polite and worked to a very very high standard one of the suttle changes they suggested was to have the basin and bath taps in matte black and i now cant stop looking at them they look so good Thank you for all your hard work I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future

From the second Sonny and the Team at Eden got involved with our project, we felt like we were in expert and very safe hands. The project (9 bed HMO conversion) was complex and threw up a number of challenges along the way. Every aspect and stage was handled professionally and competently. Sonny's planning and communication sat at the foundation of the project and ensured a mutual approach throughout. The finish was impeccable, extremely high end and always kept our budget in mind and worked within our parameters. I would recommend Eden and Sonny to anyone undertaking a building project.
