Luigi's Property Maintenance

Luigi regularly cleans our windows including floor to ceiling glass in our garden room. He offers other jobs as well - a gutter clean was completed recently and his guy noticed a couple of repairs required, these were quoted at a very reasonable cost and completed. Today Kallum cleaned our solar panels, again at a very reasonable cost, the panels were in an awful condition, they now look like new 😁 Fantastic work, I can highly recommend Luigi and his team, thank you

Great team, excellent work. Quick and efficient, pleasure to deal with everyone polite and friendly. Done a great job and went the extra mile by cleaning bits I didn't ask for with no charge, highly recommend.

Great, efficient service. My windows haven’t been this clean in years. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend

I would give Luigi 10 stars if possible. He gives a first class service, regular calls and always on time. Cleans my windows inside and out to the highest standard. Would highly recommend.

It has been some while since our windows have been cleaned and I was really pleased with the work Luigi and his assistant did today. Both were very polite and friendly. They took their time and the finish was excellent. A very professional job! Well done!

Reliable and thorough window cleaning. Clear communication given around dates for cleaning and efficient electronic invoicing with payment through personal bank accounts. Willing to accommodate unusual requests outside of window cleaning such as cleaning balcony glass and conservatory roofs. Recommended.

I’ve used Luigi’s for the past 4yrs, they’ve always done a superb job of cleaning my windows, guttering and fascia. Very friendly, hardworking, reliable team, would highly recommend.
