My experience with RPM has been fantastic. David has outstanding work ethic and takes great care. He always goes the extra mile and works hard to make sure everything is completed to the highest standards. David and Kayley communicate extremely well, always keeping the customer up to date on progress. I have found them both quick to understand and extremely professional. I have no hesitation in recommending RPM to anyone needing their services.

We had an excellent experience working with David and Kayley at the property management company. David is incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. They helped us rent out our property quickly and made the entire process much easier than we expected. Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional throughout. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend them to others.

WOW, Excellent service - straight onto rightmove - I felt I was his only customer I had Davids mobile number and I was able to speak to David anytime. At no time was AI involved in any communication. If I needed to speak with the office to change or add photos, Kayley was always on hand. Unlike other agents, I could ring the office to ask for the number of enquires or to discuss how the viewings went :-being negative or positive comments, at no time did David or Kayley suggest to reduce the price of the property. They valued the property 12% higher then I previous rented the property and gave me a professional guy. But Kayley rang me to say his references came back as fair, and we could do better, but it involved starting again as it had been taken of the market. As there was no extra charges I thought why not, David rang me to say he has meet the perfect couple, when I met them I could see they really will love the property and respect it, treating it like there own home and that's all I really wanted. I have nothing but good things to say about David and Kayley. From the day I viewed the property I wanted to rent, they have been so efficient with the whole process and have kept me so well informed each step of the way. I wanted to let the property not just because it was lovely but also for personal reasons including ties to family in the area, David took this on board from day one which proved that they don’t just see it as their job, but genuinely care about their clients. Incredibly friendly and professional. David was extremely flexible and accommodating when organizing my initial viewing, even offering to drive me himself when I told him I was going to be delayed due to a late bus. After the viewing both David and Kayley were very prompt in responding to any queries I have had. When it finally came time to collect the keys, Kayley agreed to meet me on a Saturday despite the office being closed for the weekend. Perfect service, especially compared to some negative experiences I've had in the past.

David and Kayley have provided us with amazing service throughout the management move of our two properties. As the name suggests, they are extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would 100% recommend.
