Absolutely delighted with Home from Home Property Management. I’m really impressed with the team—especially Isla, who is always quick to respond and ensures everything is handled smoothly. A special mention to Tony, the block manager at Guild House on Farnby Street, where our apartment is located. He keeps the foyer and lifts in immaculate condition and is always on top of parcels and refuse management. It’s such a friendly place to live, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble for the team. Thank you all!

Home from Home came to my rescue about 5 years ago and again 2 years ago. They have a full understanding of managing large sites and after dealing with previous agents, who neglected our properties, Home from Home show how it should be done! I feel like my daily worries are taken care of by Home from Home and even the more complicated issues to do with cladding removal or implementing new legislation, they make it look easy. HFH took over our block of flats in Swindon almost a year ago but unfortunately it came with many serious issues and problems. Since their short time managing the property, they have all put such a huge amount of time and effort into bringing the block up to a higher standard. They have a brilliant maintenance team and if anything needs maintaining or repairing, it is sorted out as quickly as possible. I have had so much help and support from Cherry Jones over the last four months and if it wasn't for her, I would not have had my mortgage problems sorted. My thanks and appreciation to HFH for all your continuous help and hard relentless work with our block.

We had leyanne who was absolutely amazing! She helped us to settled in and got all of the paperwork work done so fast, she was very lovely and kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend using home from home to anyone looking to move homes, everyone there is so helpful, I can’t fault them

Home From Home have been a joy and I can’t rate them highly enough. In my last home the management company were First Port and they were and absolute joke, I believe them to be crooks and the staff were hard work but Home From Home was the polar opposite as they were always friendly, positive, professional and supportive so I can’t thank them enough. First Port almost made my last home un sellable as their management costs were ridiculously high and every year the increase was beyond belief. To anyone reading this, if you are buying a flat that is managed by First Port? Don’t buy it. As my monthly fees were more than my mortgage and they were forever increasing so thank you Home From Home you restored my faith in Management companies. *Also special thanks to Amanda at HFM as she exceeded my expectations and on reflection of her help, info and advice I truly believed that she cared and was a credit to herself and her training so thank you Amanda. I hope that she and her line manager see this.

We are currently tenants with Home From Home and cannot thank Leyanne and her team enough for helping us find our home which we love and moving at Christmas time. From start to finish the whole process of moving in was a brilliant experience, not something we are used to when dealing with other letting agents in the past! Great communication, nothing is ever any trouble, any questions or queries dealt with quickly and efficiently, we are always spoken to and treated like actual people with care and not just number. Contractors we’ve dealt with for the odd maintenance issue where just as efficient. 10/10 letting agent cannot recommend highly enough. We hope to be tenants with them forever! Now we’ve found Leyanne and her team we wouldn’t want to rent through anyone else! Thank you Leyanne!
